Hello Men, It's June which is recognized as Men's Mental Health Awareness.

Men never be afraid to express yourself.

Never feel alone or ashamed about who you are.

It's okay to talk about mental health it express your strength and courage.

It's okay to talk about your emotions.

It's okay to show that you are struggling.

It's okay, to speak about your mental health. Everyone is not judgemental. There's others that can relate and will embrace you, walk along side of you and be intentional about listening to you.

It can make you feel better.

It can reduce feelings of shame.

Always know that there's resources to help you through anything that may be affecting your ability to keep your mind focused.

We shall continue to keep our men encouraged through having patience, being kind and available to assist.

Men you are leaders. You are to be inspired to do great things. Each day take the necessary steps to protect your mental health.
