Founder & Executive Director

Miracle Nored
Miracle Nored,l, is responsible for developing and implementing impactful community service programs aligned with the organization's mission. She collaborates with the co-executive director and community director to set programmatic goals, assess effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments. Miracle builds and nurtures partnerships with community organizations, schools, and businesses to enhance the organization's capacity to serve the community effectively. She oversees day-to-day operations, manages program budgets, ensuring smooth functioning and maximizing program impact.

Donyell Brown
Donyell Brown has been a long standing member of LWSC who is now our President and Co Executive Director. In this role, Donyell will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our organization, ensuring strategic direction, and fostering collaboration among board members and staff alongside Miracle. Donyell brings a wealth of experience and a passion for our mission, and we are thrilled to have them lead us forward.
Vice President and Administrative Director

Christy Harris
Christy Harris will be serving as our Vice-President and Administrative Director. Alongside Donyell, Christy will play a pivotal role in guiding our organization's administrative functions, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders. Christy's dedication and organizational skills will greatly contribute to our success.
Community Outreach Director

Tracy Riase
We are excited to welcome Tracey Riase as our Community Outreach Director. Tracey will be responsible for assisting Miracle in our efforts of community engagement and outreach. With her strong interpersonal skills and passion for making a difference, Tracey will establish and nurture relationships with community partners, organizations, and stakeholders to further our mission.
Community & Curriculum Development Director

Tenake Coart
Tenake Coard she is a Board Certified Mental Health Nurse who will serve as our Community & Curriculum Development Director . Tenake is responsible for helping us identity community needs so that we can bridge gaps where resources are needed amongst individuals, families, and Organizations within the community by aiding in the creation of needed resources, events and programs to advance the overall wellness of the community and its population. Tenake brings extensive knowledge in mental health and community and curriculum building , her skills are an asset needed in advancing our mission
Media and Marketing Director

Kiyeesha Wilder
Kiyeesha Wilder will be serving as our Media and Marketing Director. Kiyeesha will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our organization's visibility, reach, and impact. Through effective marketing campaigns, social media management, and media relations, Kiyeesha will help raise awareness of our mission and attract support.
Youth Community Director

Joel Thornton
Joel Thornton has taken on the responsibility of Youth Community Director. Joel will be spearheading our efforts to engage and empower the youth within our community. Through innovative programs, mentorship, and collaboration with local partners, Joel will work towards creating a positive impact on the lives of our young community members.
