She collaborates with the co-executive director and community director to set programmatic goals, assess effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments. Miracle builds and nurtures partnerships with community organizations, schools, and businesses to enhance the organization's capacity to serve the community effectively. She oversees day-to-day operations, manages program budgets, ensuring smooth functioning and maximizing program impact.
